February 27, 2011

Training Starts Soon!

Our journey will begin in October with a 20 week training program. We will end our quest in sunny Orlando, Florida at the 2nd Annual Miles That Matter Women's Retreat & Disney Princess 1/2 Marathon on Sunday, February 27, 2011. Training is available in both Cincinnati and Dayton. Princess Training Program is $175.

BOOT CAMP - Session 3

(Starts week of September 13 thru November 1)

What is FUNdamental Bootcamp?
This is a great way to get in cross training! Whether you are participating in another training program or just want to do Boot Camp, this program will help develop your muscles and create lasting techniques for strengthening your body. No matter what your current level of fitness, this Boot Camp will provide you with strength and endurance training ... and you'll have fun too! It's not just about running and walking. You can't be a lazy athlete and succeed. Cross training reduces the risk of injury by developing and improving your core strength. The older you get the more important this becomes.

Boot Camp will be offered with many different options in both Cincinnati and Dayton.

CINCINNATI | 1 Night/Week - $75 per session
Monday or Thursday @ 6:30 pm
Session 3 - Weeks of September 13 thru November 1
Meets at Pioneer Park in Montgomery

CINCINNATI | 2 Night/Week - $100 per session
Monday and Thursday @ 6:30 pm

Join Miles That Matter and get yourself in the best shape to run or walk some of this area's best half marathon events.

There are lots of fall races and Miles That Matter can help support you no matter what your goals are. Columbus? Air Force? Nike? Las Vegas? Half or Full?

Cincinnati training will be on Tuesday nights and Saturday mornings with a fun run option on Thursday nights. Dayton training will be on Monday nights and Saturday mornings.

Combine any of these training programs with FUNdamentals Boot Camp and receive a special discounted package pricing.
