The first workout, she had fear in her face. But, she stopped looking at the big picture and started to focus on tiny steps. Through the Miles That Matter program, she lost 100 pounds, finished the NYC Marathon; got out of a bad marriage and met another guy who appreciated her. Parent of Child With Leukemia Makes a DifferenceA parent with a child that had leukemia wanted to make a difference. They were thankful that their child was still alive and they wanted to help others not have to experience what they did. They wanted to help find a cure by raising some funds to find a cure. |
